Outrunner's rFactor Mod Manager is very useful when you have loads and loads of mods installed in your rFactor. Given the amount of modifications out there, rFactor fans find themselves in the situation where they have too many mods to count and it may affect the performance of the game itself.
To solve this nuisance, Outrunner created a simple application that fiddles with the configuration files allowing you to activate and deactivate the mods you have on your rFactor.
Why would you want to deactivate mods? Well the answer is simple. When rFactor loads, it also loads all the mods in your /GameData folder, so the more mods you have, the more time it will take to load. If you are like some users that normally do not use all mods all the time, then you will find useful this utility.
The application itself is very simple, you install, setup your rFactor folder, it detects your mods and then you decide with two simple arrows if you want to activate or deactivate them. The application has some problems with different Operative Systems, so it might not work for all.
